The bar was packed, the noise raucous and yes it was the Old Surbs annual lunch at the club yesterday which was sponsored by Savills.
Over 100 attendees sat down to an excellent lunch prepared and served by Hot Rocks Catering. In the frame as Master of ceremonies was our own Tony Balkwill who welcomed our guests, kept proceedings in check and made a brief but entertaining speech.
Delighted to see so many of our sponsors in attendance and enjoying themselves and just when you though it couldn’t get any better, ex 1st XV captain was stitched up to be next years guest speaker.
All in all a very happy and relaxed day at the club.
