Excellently organised by Caroline Hornby and her dedicated social committee, those attending this sell-out event e were treated to a challenging quiz, excellent curry supper, prepared by Vanilla Bean, with drinks served by attentive bar staff under the direction of Courtney, our events manager.
Question masters were kept on their toes by some challenging intellects but quiz rules were applied fairly by our chairman Steve Heard, ably assisted by Caroline (don’t mess with me) Hornby.
The winning team was headed by David and Dino Adams who received a £50 bar voucher and the winners ‘cup’.
